With expert coaching and high-end retouching, we ensure every team member looks confident, approachable, and polished. Whether for a corporate office, conference, or remote teams across multiple locations, we make the process effortless from start to finish.

What You’ll Receive:

• 1 Professional Photo Station at Your Location: We’ll set up a complete photo station with lighting and backdrop right at your location for maximum convenience.

• Efficient Time Management: With 3-5 minutes per person, we can accommodate 12-20 people per hour, ensuring quick and smooth sessions for larger groups.

• Friendly, Experienced Photographer: Our compassionate photographer provides expert coaching on poses and expressions, making sure each team member looks confident and at ease.

• Full Commercial Usage License: Enjoy the freedom to use your headshots wherever and whenever you wish for as long as you need.

• Individual Online Galleries for Team Members: After the session, each team member receives access to their own online gallery to review and select their favorite image.

• Centralized Online Gallery for Easy Download: We’ll also send you a single online gallery with all team headshots for easy, bulk download—perfect for your company’s files.

• Custom File Naming: All images are named by last name_first name (or any specific naming convention you require) to help keep things organized.

Pricing:

 1-4 hours: $2,600 / 4-8 hours: $3,600

Add-On Services:

• 4-hour / 8-hour Coverage: Ensure we have plenty of time for your team with 4-hour or 8-hour packages.

• Retouching: Optional retouching services for $800 (4-hour) or $1,600 (8-hour) to enhance and perfect your images.

• Hair and Makeup Artist: Professional touch-ups for men and women, available for $600 (4-hour) or $1,000 (8-hour).

• Additional Photo Booth Station: Add another photo station to accommodate larger teams more quickly for $1,500 (4-hour) or $3,000 (8-hour).

• Online Appointment Calendar: Streamline scheduling with a self-booking calendar for all team members for $150.

• Travel Fees: For locations outside the Central Kentucky area, travel fees will apply.
